Featured Client: "Create West Virginia" Conference
The Create West Virginia Conference, held Nov. 12-14, 2007, at the Stonewall Resort in Roanoke, WV, delivered extensive training to local WV leaders on how to develop and execute a New Economy/Creative Community growth plan. Four keynote speakers and 49 training sessions spanned seven tracks, including Technology, Tolerance, Education, Quality of Place, Strategy, Tactics and Resources. TEA was retained to provide all of the logistical support required to successfully execute this event. With 49 speakers and 250 attendees, it was essential to pay close attention to details. TEA was responsible for:
- Pre-conference budgeting and fiscal management
- Management of the registration process
- Coordination of all speakers and their requirements
- Coordination of volunteer staff and sponsor benefits
- Post conference evaluation
