Kelli Hinkle joined TEA in 2008 as a Program Manager for non-profit management client the West Virginia Alliance for Sustainable Families. Her focus is on promoting EITC awareness throughout the state by providing marketing materials, supporting the work of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) sites and serving as a resource to advance EITC outreach efforts. Kelli also serves as the Program Manager for the KYOWVA Planned Giving Council and its Program, Leave A Legacy of Central Appalachia. Kelli has a BS in Business Administration from Glenville State College and has 16 years of analytical and account management experience.
